Specific instructions
The processing of product models does not require high precision, but it is generally multi-faceted processing, which has relatively high requirements for the clamping and positioning of the product. It often requires multiple clampings or professional auxiliary fixtures. When multiple times are required, During installation, the principle of benchmark agreement should be followed. Product clamping has relatively high requirements for machine tool operators.
The processing of parts focuses on the overall craftsmanship. Part graphics, part structure craftsmanship, part blanks, part processing technology, and post-processing treatment are all part of the part processing. Need to be familiar with various processing techniques to arrange them properly.
The machining accuracy requirements of parts are different in different parts, which requires different treatment. Different accuracy levels may use different machine tool equipment and processing techniques.
During batch processing, the part positioning datum should coincide with the tool setting datum for establishing the workpiece coordinate system as much as possible. During batch processing, the workpieces are positioned and installed using fixtures. The tools are calibrated sequentially to establish the workpiece coordinate system and then process a batch of workpieces. If the tool calibration datum of the workpiece coordinate system is coincident with the part positioning datum, the tool can be calibrated directly according to the positioning datum to reduce positioning errors.
According to the processing adaptability of CNC milling machines, parts are usually divided into typical types such as box bodies, box covers, plane cams, templates, plane or three-dimensional parts with complex shapes, pump bodies, valve bodies, and shells.
